Art and Sound Healing for Holistic Wellness at Fully Aligned Studios
Healing doesn’t happen in separate boxes. Our minds, bodies, emotions, and spirit all share one internal ecosystem. During a recent conversation with my friend Jeannine, from Fully Align Studio, we agreed that real wellness asks us to care for every part of ourselves. Otherwise, healing never feels complete.
As a Holistic Nutritional Consultant, I guide women to care for their bodies with nourishment, movement, hydration, and rest. Jeannine works with many healing modalities, including sound therapy. Together, we saw a natural collaboration. After all, food supports your physical body. Sound and art nourish your emotional and spiritual self.
Because of that, we created a new experience at Fully Align Studio. It combines creativity, sound healing, reflection, and nourishment for the whole self. We call it The Essence of Art & Sound Experience.
